At Paul W Reidenbach Equipment Co, we stand behind the equipment we sell with a 30-day or 50 working hours return/reject policy—whichever comes first—starting from the day your item is delivered, no matter the time. During this window, you’re welcome to inspect your purchase and return or exchange it for any reason—no questions asked.

To start a return or exchange, just send us an email by 5 PM (local time) on the 30th calendar day from the delivery date (the purchase date counts as day 0).

If you’re requesting a buyback, the equipment must be located on your property at the time of the request. Payment will be processed at that location. We’ll repurchase the item for the full original purchase price, minus any applicable documentation fees, shipping costs, taxes, state fees, or expenses related to the return.

  • Altered from its original delivered condition

  • Used as collateral or encumbered in a loan

In the case of a rejection, the return shipping will be free. If the asset is free from any of the issues listed above, we will accept the return within 30 days. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
